The Mesh Fixation Device is a sterile, single-use surgical instrument designed to secure prosthetic materials to soft tissue. It contains 5–30 helical titanium (Ti-6Al-4V-ELI, ASTM F136) tacks and is compatible with 5 mm or larger trocars. The device is available in 360 mm length for laparoscopic procedures and 215 mm for open surgery.

  • The non-absorbable tackers are sterilized using Ethylene Oxide (EO) gas to ensure product sterility and patient safety.
  • The shelf life of the sterilized non absorbable tackers is 4 years from the date of manufacture, provided the packaging is intact and properly stored
  • The pre-assembled Non-Absorbable Tackers are packed in PVC blisters and Tyvek film, further packed with Aluminium pack, and the final product is packed in pre-printed cartons (1 unit per carton).
