Polyester- Polyethylene Composite Mesh

A sterile, non-absorbable composite mesh pre-sized for soft-tissue reconstruction and easy laparoscopic placement. It features a Polyester mesh layer that supports tissue ingrowth and a low-porosity LDPE barrier layer that minimizes adhesion. The design provides high burst and tensile strength, along with perforations to facilitate seroma drainage.

  • INTENDED PURPOSE: It is indicated for use in the reconstruction of soft tissue deficiencies, such as for the repair of hernias and chest wall defects.
  • INTENDED USE: Pelvic organs prolapse surgery, Hernia repair surgery.
  • High tensile strength due to Polyester core for long-term support.
  • Low tissue reaction because Polyethylene reduces inflammatory response.
  • Flexible and soft structure that conforms well to anatomical contours.
  • Good porosity allowing tissue ingrowth and stable fixation.
  • Durable and reliable for long-term hernia reinforcement.
  • Material: Polyester Monofilament, Polyethylene Film
  • The Polyester-Polyethylene Composite Mesh is sterilized using Ethylene Oxide (EO) gas to ensure product sterility and patient safety.
  • The shelf life of the sterilized Polyester Polyethylene composite mesh is 5 years from the date of manufacture, provided the packaging is intact and properly stored.
  • It is individually packed in a Tyvek pouch and then placed in a blister to ensure protection during storage and transportation.
