Should have experience in medical device or any healthcare industry and should be RSM/SM with regional lever exposure
Sales forecasting, pricing, key account management.
Expand, maintain and grow regional distribution network
Design, implement and facilitate annual sales plan as per the budget.
Responsible for revenue generation as per the monthly/quarterly/ annual target.
Monitor and analyses the various sales reports from the team.
Plan and co-ordinate with commercial and factory to ensure smooth operations.
Provide timely information / recommendation to the management on market / new strategies and have regular meetings and interactions with important customers nation-wide.
Train / Develop & monitor the team members.
Responsible for any other job which management has assigned on time-to-time basis
Develop Channel Distribution strategy and also ensure timely follow up from dealers on a regular basis
Responsible for successfully executing strategies.
Market information and competition.
